This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us.
Misuse of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.
Due to any reason, if payment was delay from the bank, patient’s payment will be cancelled and immediately we will send payment cancelled message. Service charge will be deducted from payment and remaining amount will be credited into patient’s bank account within 5 working days.
Doctor’s registration fee is Rs.800.00 and it will change without notice. Non Refundable.

Once appointment was booked can not be cancelled by the patient and Money is non-refundable.
If patient does not visit in time, Doctor or Hospital/Clinic staff will decide the patient’s appointment time with Doctor.
The appointment time selected by patient during online appointment booking is expected time. In case of emergency patient visit, it might be delay to check the regular OPD patients.
In extreme case, if doctor has to conduct surgery immediately to seriously ill/injured patient, doctor can cancel your appointment.
If Doctor cancel your appointment due to seriously ill/injured patient, amount will be refunded by online to your bank account and money will be credited into your bank account within 3 to 6 working days or patient can take appointment in the next working days. Doctor’s office will inform patient, if appointment is cancelled.
If patient verbally abuse the Hospital/clinic staff and Doctor due to delay in checking the OPD patient, patient’s appointment can be cancelled. Money will not be refunded.
We request patient to keep patience due to delay of appointment time. Incase to emergency patient visit only your appointment time might be delayed. Doctor will always try to be in time so that patient doesn’t have to wait for long period of time.
